Returns & Exchanges

At Bruno Capelo Headwear, we strive for perfection in every brim and crown; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn headwear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the structural integrity of the hat is maintained during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size or style.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the hat carefully back in its original Bruno Capelo box with all protective inserts and tags attached to prevent crushing or deformation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team confirms the item is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
